Job summary

Audi Palo Alto, part of Swickard Auto Group, seeks a results-driven Parts Manager to lead a high-volume luxury parts operation in Silicon Valley. You will own inventory, gross profit, fill rates, and obsolescence while developing a strong wholesale business with independent shops and fleets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of parts manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Audi/European luxury brand experience preferred.
• Strong command of parts department financials (gross profit, fill rate, inventory turn, obsolescence).
• Wholesale parts experience a significant plus in Silicon Valley.
• Familiarity with OEM parts systems (ETKA or equivalent).
• Experience leading a parts team and driving process discipline.
• Proficiency with DMS platforms (Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK).
• Clear communicator working with service managers, advisors, technicians, and wholesale accounts.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead all parts department operations, staffing, vendor relationships, and daily workflow.
• Drive department profitability by owning gross profit, fill rates, and inventory turn.
• Develop and manage the wholesale parts business with shops and fleet accounts.
• Build and lead a capable parts team with a culture of execution.
• Monitor KPIs and take proactive corrective actions.
• Manage OEM parts programs, warranty processes, and return procedures.
• Maintain vendor relationships and optimize parts availability and programs.
• Coordinate with service to align parts supply with demand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined receiving and cycle counts.
