Lithia & Driveway's Audi Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the parts team on site in Santa Monica, CA. You will recruit, train and develop staff while optimizing inventory and customer service.

You need 5+ years of franchised automotive parts experience; CDK knowledge is a plus and Audi experience is beneficial. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of franchised automotive parts experience.
• Knowledge of automotive parts.
• CDK experience a PLUS.
• Audi experience a PLUS but not REQUIRED.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Parts Staff Recruiting, Training and Development
• Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, and prompt manner.
• Warranty Parts Management
• Returns Processing
• Inventory Management
• Utilize inventory reports to manage inventory levels daily.
• Identify areas not aligned with department goals and resolve.
• Ensure orders are processed, check for backordered items and customers are notified of order status.
• Responsible for placing daily orders, stock orders, receipting, posting inventory and special orders.
• Read, understand and take action on MIS reports to generate maximum revenue and control expenses.
• Serve as liaison between the store and Lithia Home Offices Fixed Operations.
• Receive, communicate and hold staff accountable to policy and procedure requirements and updates.
• Complete parts department reporting and month-end procedures on time.
