Collision Partners in Miramar, FL is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to service ultra-premium vehicles, perform precise mechanical repairs, advanced diagnostics, and system calibrations as part of our luxury-certified collision team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; automotive degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in automotive repair, preferably European or luxury brands.
• ADAS calibration experience preferred; working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and ability to read wiring diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity with premium materials.
• Experience with Jaguar, Land Rover, or comparable luxury brands a plus.
• Familiarity with OEM certified collision repair program requirements and audits.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Remove, repair, and reinstall mechanical components per OEM procedures.
• Operate wheel alignment equipment to ensure OEM specs before delivery.
• Conduct pre-, in-, and post-repair diagnostics and ECU flashing as required.
• Diagnose electrical/system anomalies and implement precise repair strategies.
• Disconnect/reconnect high voltage systems and verify fluid levels.
• ASIS calibrations for ADAS and steering sensors.
• Support disassembly/reassembly following body work and paint.
• Verify operation of safety and driver-assistance systems before delivery.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and road tests for integrity.
• Maintain detailed scan/calibration records per audit standards.
• Collaborate with body techs, painters, and estimators to meet repair goals.
