Responsibilities

• Manage and track all inventory from receiving to sale.
• Oversee GET READY process and monitor vehicle status daily.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Service Department, Body Shop, and Office Team.
• Track incoming inventory, recon status, open repairs, vehicle availability.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly posted and ready for sale on time.
• Monitor shipping & receiving (incoming/outgoing units).
• Maintain accurate records of keys and vehicle location.
