Job summary

RP Exotics LLC in the United States seeks an Inventory/CRM Coordinator to manage and maintain vehicle records in Rapid Recon, coordinate repairs with vendors, and keep leadership updated on status and costs.

You will log administrative paperwork, track weekly mileage in Dealer Center, research vendors/parts, schedule service, and upload receipts into Rapid Recon while keeping work orders current. The role involves regular lot inspections and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of inventory management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination with vendors and leadership.
• Ability to maintain a CRM accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate vehicle records in the Rapid Recon CRM.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs with outside vendors from scheduling to completion.
• Provide leadership with updates on vehicle status and repair costs.
• Log administrative paperwork in the CRM with the Back of House team.
• Record weekly mileage for on-site vehicles in Dealer Center.
• Research vendors and parts to support Inventory Manager.
• Schedule service appointments and monitor repair timelines.
• Upload receipts and invoices into Rapid Recon and keep work orders current.
• Walk the lot weekly to flag touch-ups, wheel/interior work, or washing.
• Report check-engine lights or mechanical concerns to Inventory Manager.
• Monitor and document vehicle deliveries and pickups per RP Exotics standards.
