Job summary

Lamborghini Newport Beach is seeking an experienced Exotic Car Inventory Manager/Buyer to lead inventory management, sourcing, and pricing for our luxury lineup. You will oversee vehicle records, conduct inspections, and drive profitability through strategic acquisitions.

Ideal candidates have a decade in high-end automotive sales or dealership management, deep knowledge of exotic brands, and strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in High End automotive sales, purchasing, or dealership management.
• Knowledge of exotic car brands, models, features and values.
• Proven track record in sales and purchasing in automotive industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation and long-term relationship building.
• Ability to conduct thorough vehicle inspections.
• Experience using automotive inventory management and pricing tools.
• Familiarity with DMS/inspection systems like Advanced Service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exotic car inventory management and organization.
• Ensure proper vehicle records, titles, registrations, and service history.
• Conduct regular inventory audits; monitor days in stock and pricing.
• Source high-quality exotic cars from auctions, trade-ins, and private sellers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs or reconditioning as needed.
• Analyze market trends and set competitive pricing strategies.
• Prepare paperwork for purchases, sales, and trade-ins; coordinate with finance.
