Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years related experience.
• Preferred AA degree or technical school; 3 years glass replacement experience.
• Luxury car experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace auto glass components to safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and keep vehicles clean.
• Inspect damage, troubleshoot, and diagnose required repairs.
• Install replacement glass and verify defects prior to installation.
• Document all work on repair orders per procedures.
• Operate company vehicle to customer locations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
