Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent and two-year related experience.
• Three years of verifiable auto glass replacement experience preferred.
• Luxury car experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair processes.
• Ability to operate safely in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs glass repair/replace steps to meet safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles during repairs.
• Inspect damage, troubleshoot, and determine repairs.
• Accurately diagnose malfunctions and perform required repairs.
• Select appropriate tools, safety gear, and parts.
• Install replacement glass in vehicles.
• Obtain windshields/windows for specific makes/models and inspect for defects.
• Reinstall removed parts and keep work area organized.
• Document work performed on repair orders per procedures.
• Safely operate company fleet vehicle to customer locations.
• Meet attendance and timekeeping standards.
• Attend training and company meetings as required.
