Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a strategic Facilities and Property Manager to oversee a nationwide real estate portfolio. You will lead multi-site maintenance, capital projects, and vendor management, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency across 29 locations in TX, CA, MO, and CO.

You’ll analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and advance sustainability initiatives while partnering with dealership tenants and internal teams. Travel 30–50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance planning.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, operating budgets, and capital expenditures.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategic budget recommendations.
• Familiarity with property management platforms such as Yardi, MRI, or similar systems.
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Asset Protection and Maintenance Oversight: develop maintenance programs and safety protocols.
• Multi-Site Portfolio Management: oversee 29 locations across TX, CA, MO, CO.
• Vendor and Contract Management: select and supervise service providers with KPIs.
• Compliance and Risk Management: ensure adherence to zoning, environmental, and insurance rules.
• Financial and Budgetary Control: prepare budgets and forecast capital needs.
• Tenant Relations and Coordination: liaise with dealership facility managers.
• Sustainability and Innovation Initiatives: lead energy efficiency and green upgrades.
• Reporting and Analysis: generate portfolio performance reports for leadership.
