This critical leadership role serves as the primary guardian of our real estate assets, ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, compliant, and aligned with the premium standards expected by our luxury automotive brands. The Facilities and Property Manager will be responsible for developing and executing portfolio‑wide strategies that protect asset value, optimize operational performance, mitigate risk, and support continued growth.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing complex, multi‑site commercial real estate portfolios, leading capital improvement initiatives, navigating regulatory requirements, and building strong partnerships with vendors, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
