Automotive Elegance seeks a Client Experience Specialist to welcome clients in a luxury setting and guide them through our PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing services. You’ll educate customers, upsell premium packages, and process invoices while maintaining CRM records and following up with existing clients.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within a growing company that values professionalism, teamwork, and a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• No automotive experience required — training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a luxury environment.
• Educate clients on PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, and detailing services.
• Recommend premium packages and bundled solutions.
• Provide accurate estimates and process invoices.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads and past clients.
• Coordinate scheduling with service team for drop-offs and deliveries.
