Job summary

Transcend Creative Group, a division of Jackson Dawson, seeks an In-Dealership Facilitator to lead luxury automotive dealership training across a select territory. This 1099 contractor role focuses on elevating client engagement and delivering immersive workshops on-site.

You will travel up to 75% of the time, partner with dealer leadership to tailor curricula, and drive measurable improvements in hospitality standards across the network.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have deep understanding of luxury hospitality and discerning clientele.
• Proven experience in facilitating high-impact training events.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time; leadership experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute a set schedule of immersive training workshops at designated locations.
• Serve as the primary communicator and ambassador for the program within your assigned dealerships.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to tailor the curriculum to team needs and drive actionable outcomes.
• Provide ongoing feedback, publish detailed assessments, and share best practices across the network.
• Facilitate dynamic, interactive sessions using luxury hospitality expertise to bring concepts to life.
• Attend regular meetings and Train the Trainer sessions as required.
• Ensure measurable enhancement in client satisfaction and dealership hospitality standards.
