Job summary

Asbury is seeking an Audi Brand Specialist / Sales Advisor in Burlington, MA. You will respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email, build rapport with customers, and guide them through the buying process from initial contact to final sale.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, multi-tasking, and relationship-building. A valid driver’s license and 18+ are required; prior automotive or retail sales experience is a plus, with Bi-lingual skills considered a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Pre-employment screenings (background & drug test) required
• Experience in automotive sales or retail is a plus
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle advertised online using phone and email methods
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network of referrals
• Reply to internet leads with information and pricing
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers
• Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish
• Maintain professional appearance and drive for sales goals
