• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming internet, phone, and digital sales leads
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers
• Set quality appointments for the sales team
• Confirm and reconfirm appointments to maximize showroom traffic
• Follow up consistently with unsold prospects and previous customers
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up activity in the CRM
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize every opportunity
• Identify customer needs and communicate relevant vehicle information
• Respond to customer questions and overcome objections professionally
• Follow established BDC processes and daily activity expectations
• Maintain consistent follow-up until the customer purchases, opts out, or otherwise closes the opportunity
• Help create a seamless transition from the BDC to the showroom sales team
• Track appointments, shows, sold customers, and other key performance metrics
