Job summary

AKA Beverly Hills is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance team member to service luxury apartments in Beverly Hills. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in hospitality and proficiency with hand and power tools, plus strong English skills for written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year prior experience with a hospitality organization.
• Knowledge of the proper use of both hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in English both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Performing and diagnosing electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and drywall repair.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Accepting and completing work tickets with detailed notes.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members and resident.
• Ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism meet our resident’s needs.
• Reporting and documenting any issues to management that could cause concern for the safety of our residents.
