Job summary

Premier Development is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our onsite community team. You will handle day‑to‑day repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and help keep our community running smoothly and looking great for residents.

In this role, you'll work on general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs, with a focus on fixing issues right the first time and communicating clearly with residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in residential, apartment, or commercial building maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, drywall repair, and general maintenance.
• EPA / HVAC Certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily resident service requests for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Inspect buildings and common areas to perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents (turnovers).
• Provide friendly, professional updates to residents while completing work orders.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety protocols.
