Job summary

Richman Signature Properties in Dallas, TX, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Parc at White Rock, a luxury 291-unit community. Requires 2+ years in maintenance operations, EPA I/II preferred, valid driver’s license, and on-site Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with on-call/weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance operations experience in a residential multi-family environment.
• EPA I & II license preferred; company may sponsor.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and The Clean Air Act.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• Complete required training, logs, and reports.
• Uphold policies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and grounds.
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime.
