Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities and maintenance operations at one of our luxury apartment communities. You will lead a team of maintenance professionals and collaborate with the property team to ensure timely, high-quality service.

The role requires HVAC certification, EPA 608, OSHA 10, a high school degree, 2+ years in residential management, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• HVAC Certification required; EPA 608.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Experience leading a maintenance team in an urban multi-family property.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance technicians and groundskeepers; prioritizes and executes work orders.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotation; maintains clean, debris-free grounds.
• Develops team members in maintenance skills (appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Creates and executes preventative maintenance programming.
• Manages vendor relationships and capital projects at assigned assets.
• Supports hosting resident events and ensures customer satisfaction scores meet company standards.
