Job summary

Property Markets Group is seeking an experienced multifamily Leasing Associate for a Downtown Fort Lauderdale communities. Primary duties include qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, coordinating move-ins, and reporting to on-site management.

The role requires 2–5 years in Class A leasing, with a preference for Entrata users. Willingness to work evenings/weekends and maintain professional, client-focused relationships with residents, brokers, and employers is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Class A multifamily leasing experience.
• Familiarity with Entrata property management software preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Present the property to prospects and stakeholders.
• Qualify leads and convert to property tours.
• Coordinate applications, income verification, and background checks.
• Schedule and lead property tours and move‑ins.
• Advise on and implement marketing plans and promotions.
• Support on-site team and liaise with brokers and universities.
• Assist in lease renewals and reporting.
