Job summary

Simpson Housing is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Avion on Legacy in North Scottsdale, AZ. You will tour the community, assist prospective residents, and manage the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring a friendly, informative experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, presentation skills, and familiarity with MS Office. Previous leasing in multifamily or hospitality is a plus, and you will contribute to resident events and community pride.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service.
• Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hotel or hospitality roles such as concierge or front desk are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community and assist prospective residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Monitor local market trends and update property comparables.
• Inspect vacant apartment homes to ensure readiness for move-in.
• Plan and coordinate resident functions throughout the year.
• Build strong relationships with residents through outstanding service.
