You will be a top sales performer who creates moments that matter for current and future residents by guiding them through the leasing process and helping them find their new home at Denim Scottsdale.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will conduct tours, follow AIR's sales process, meet monthly leasing goals, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting multiple communities

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to meet sales goals and follow a sales process.
• Strong English communication and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with prospects and conducting tours to showcase the community.
• Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create moments that matter for residents.
• Provide leasing support to multiple AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
