Job summary

Simpson Housing is seeking a Leasing Agent in Atlanta, GA to welcome prospective residents, present communities, and guide them through the lease process. You will manage renewals, monitor local market trends, and coordinate resident events while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
• Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Touring and presenting the community to prospective residents and assisting them in finding the right apartment.
• Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Monitor local market trends and update property comparables.
• Inspect vacant units to ensure readiness for new residents.
• Plan and coordinate resident functions and events throughout the year.
• Build strong relationships with residents through outstanding service.
