Job summary

BPG Real Estate Services is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Newark, DE. In this part-time role you will conduct apartment tours, build relationships with prospects, and guide them through the leasing process to convert interest into signed leases.

You will support current residents, partner with Property Managers to maintain occupancy, and keep leasing records compliant with Fair Housing laws. A customer-service background and willingness to travel between properties are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, retail, sales, leasing, or hospitality.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging apartment tours
• Build relationships with prospects and follow up to guide them through the leasing process
• Help convert interest into signed leases through strong communication and service
• Support current residents with questions and day-to-day needs
• Partner with Property Managers to maintain strong occupancy
• Keep leasing records organized and up to date while applying Federal and State Fair Housing
• Stay informed on local market trends and nearby communities
