Job summary

Vivmark Residential in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at our apartment community and deliver luxury living experiences.

You will conduct tailored tours, match residents to floorplans, and follow up on leads, with Saturday availability required. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in leasing or customer service are preferred; strong communication and knowledge of fair housing laws are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, real estate preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
