Stoa Group seeks a full-time housekeeper for our luxury apartment community in LOCATION. You will perform daily cleaning of apartment homes, office spaces, and common areas to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, team player, proactive, personable, and motivated to deliver exceptional service while respecting residents' privacy. 8-hour day shift, on-site work, and a focus on reliability.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Great customer service skills and polite attitude.
• Ability to work quickly and perform quality work under tight deadline.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 30 pounds, standing, bending, long walking, and possible exposure to unsanitary conditions.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of vacant and model units, office spaces and other areas on the property.
• Vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting all cleared surfaces in apartments.
• Cleans hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow supervisor priorities.
