Responsibilities include cleaning vacant apartments, maintaining shared spaces, following checklists, and reporting maintenance needs to the onsite team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
• Availability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Experience in apartment communities, hospitality, or commercial cleaning.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and safe usage.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain vacant apartments to prepare for new residents.
• Maintain cleanliness in shared areas like the leasing office, clubhouse, hallways, and model units.
• Follow cleaning checklists and ensure high standards are consistently met.
• Track and report supply inventory as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to the onsite team.
• Help maintain curb appeal by keeping entryways, walkways, and grounds free of debris.
• Support the team during inspections, move-ins, and community events.
