As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests or residents by providing high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Thoroughly clean and tidy rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Ensure that all rooms are cared for and inspected according to our standards.
• Report any necessary repairs or replacements to the maintenance team.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or damages.
• Manage laundry and linen changes in guest rooms or facilities as needed.
• Uphold privacy and security standards for guests or residents and their belongings.
• Replenish amenities, toiletries, and supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
