• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and furniture
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests and addressing any concerns professionally

Experience

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is advantageous
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
• Familiarity with laundry operations and equipment use
• Demonstrated ability to manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
