Arlington Properties seeks an experienced Community Manager to lead a vibrant apartment community in Panama City Beach, FL. You will drive performance, manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while building a high-performing onsite team.

You will lead budgeting and reporting, monitor market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with regional leadership to maximize occupancy and revenue. A proactive, customer-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in property management with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen and budget/reporting skills.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/RealPage/MRI).
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and team supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite team.
• Lead rent collection, budget management, and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and propose strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
