The ideal candidate has prior luxury hotel or resort kitchen experience, a passion for guest satisfaction, and a keen eye for detail. This role supports seasonal menus, maintains strict hygiene, and collaborates with chefs and service staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality experience.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain assigned station and ensure readiness for all service periods.
• Assist with inventory, FIFO, and proper storage of products.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Support banquet events, VIPs, and seasonal programming as needed.
