Job summary

Hotel ZaZa Dallas seeks an energetic PM Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences during evening hours. You will provide attentive service, explain menus, recommend items, and work closely with kitchen and bar teams to uphold luxury service standards.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Evening shifts include weekends and special events, with opportunities for growth within the F&B team.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or upscale dining preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Food Handler Certification and TABC Certification, or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and craft cocktails.
• Experience using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests professionally.
• Provide exceptional table service per standards.
• Present menus, explain specials, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Accurately take guest orders and enter into the POS.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs.
• Process guest payments efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and promotions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and servers.
• Set, clear, and reset tables; keep areas clean.
