Neiman Marcus is seeking an Alterations Manager to lead the Alterations Associates and ensure exceptional service for our luxury clientele. Under the Assistant General Manager of Operations, you will organize processes, set standards, and drive performance.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, balance quality and productivity, and ensure policy compliance. The role requires 4-year degree and 3+ years of management experience in high-end fashion.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume.
• Fitting/tailoring experience in luxury setting preferred.
• Ability to fit and alter a wide range of garments preferred.
• Knowledge of alterations industry and luxury fabrication.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel; flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, holidays.

• Create effective teamwork between selling organization and Alterations department
• Recruit, train, and develop Alterations Associates
