CHANEL in Houston seeks an After Sales Coordinator to ensure exceptional client service during repairs and exchanges. You will manage repair drop off, assess feasibility with clients, update them on lead times, and finalize claims in the system.

You will coordinate with boutique teams, inventory, and workshops, handle open claims, process stock repairs, and maintain timely communication with clients throughout the repair lifecycle.

Competenze

• 2 years in Fashion or Luxury client services experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Open and manage claims in CASS, coordinating with workshops.
• Assist clients at repair drop off and pick up, communicating details and lead times.
• Coordinate with boutique teams and inventory on quality alerts.
• Process boutique stock repairs and damages.
• Maintain timely communication with clients throughout the repair lifecycle.
• Enter all required information and generate a claim.
