You will manage inventory and product processes, coordinate with selling managers and brand managers, and help prepare for annual inventory, transfers, repairs, and collection launches while preserving the brand's luxury standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes, with a support associate.
• Plan and communicate daily operational goals with the team to drive efficiency.
• Lead preparation for the annual financial inventory, including audits and reconciliation.
• Build operational projects, including trunk shows, stockroom reorganization and RTV coordination.
• Coordinate product movements—transfers, damages, repairs, and off-season rotations—with partners.
• Align operational activities with sales targets and client appointment needs.
• Participate in cross-team meetings to support shared goals.
• Maintain elevated selling floor and back-of-house standards reflecting the luxury brand.
