Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman seeks a Coordinator for Chanel to provide daily support to Chanel teams and store leaders, assisting with boutique maintenance, daily operations, client engagement, and appointments. As the primary operational lead for inventory, you will plan goals with the team, coordinate trunk shows, and manage stockroom and RTV processes, ensuring luxury standards.

You will work with store managers and brand partners to align activities with sales targets, while upholding elevated selling

Qualifications

• Be the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes.
• Plan, accomplish, and communicate daily operational goals with the team to drive efficiency.
• Lead preparation for the annual financial inventory, including audits and reconciliation.
• Coordinate trunk shows, collection launches, stockroom reorganizations and RTVs.
• Support sales and merchandising by moving products and coordinating transfers.
• Partner with selling managers and brand managers to align ops with sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes.
