Qualifications

• Proven client service or support background with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and experience with RMS, CEGID, or Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset.
• High school degree required; team player with interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of repair and aftercare inquiries and advise clients on required work, quotes, and timelines.
• Handle workshop-related complaints, conduct post-repair detractor calls, and drive client satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, tracking, labeling, and dispatching of repair orders; liaise with shipping providers.
• Support spare parts inventory management and process replacements or beyond-repair cases.
• Maintain accurate records and processes in RMS, CEGID, and Salesforce; process invoicing, PBL creation, and quotation approvals.
