• 2-5+ years of sales experience in aesthetic or luxury markets.
• Proven success in achieving goals and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sales: guide prospects through consultations and quotes to convert inquiries into procedures.
• Follow-Up: contact 50+ patients daily via calls, texts and emails.
• Organization: manage details from inquiry to surgery using CRM systems.
• Team collaboration: work with a small, experienced team in a luxury setting.
