Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts and events. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

This non-exempt, hourly position offers tips on top of base pay, with either full-time or part-time schedules and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), training, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicles and document any damage on tickets.
• Maintain a clean valet area and present a professional appearance.
• Provide courteous, proactive customer service and teamwork with colleagues.
• Adhere to attendance, timekeeping, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations and attend trainings.
• Follow safety procedures and policy requirements in all duties.
