LAZ Parking in Glendale is seeking a Valet Attendant who greets guests warmly, parks and retrieves vehicles safely, and upholds Forbes-style luxury service across premier properties. You are the first and last impression of guest experience, embodying professionalism and meticulous care.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license with at least two years’ experience, willingness to drive manual cars, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in valet, luxury hospitality, or premium customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Maintain immaculate grooming, posture, and uniform presentation at all times, per property appearance standards.
• Uphold flawless verbal and nonverbal communication aligned with the property's luxury brand voice.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, indoors and outdoors.
• Flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with warmth and address them by name when possible.
• Open doors and assist guests before handling vehicles.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with care.
• Provide guests with a claim ticket and clear retrieval instructions.
• Assist with bags, umbrellas, and mobility needs as required.
• Log vehicle tickets and report any issues per procedure.
• Attend daily pre-shift briefings and support guest services during peak periods.
