Job summary

LAZ Parking is hiring a Valet Attendant to warmly welcome guests and handle vehicles at a Forbes-style luxury property. You will greet guests, open doors, park and retrieve cars, and accompany guests with luggage in a professional, attentive manner.

Role requires maintaining flawless grooming, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings are expected at premier locations in the LA area.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Manual transmission ability is preferred but not required.
• 1+ year in valet, luxury hospitality, or premium customer-facing roles preferred.
• Immaculate grooming, posture, and uniform presentation per property standards.
• Flawless verbal and nonverbal communication aligned with luxury brand voice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, indoors and outdoors.
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, open doors, and provide a seamless valet experience.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, maintaining care for every car.
• Log tickets, communicate arrivals to staff, and support concierge as needed.
• Assist with luggage and provide a courteous farewell to guests.
• Attend pre-shift briefings and help manage peak-period traffic flow.
• Support guest services during busy times with professionalism.
