Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a friendly, professional LAZ Valet Attendant in Chicago. You will greet guests, issue valet tickets, and assist with retrievals while ensuring a positive first and last impression for every customer.

The role requires strong customer service, a valid driver’s license with 2+ years driving experience, and basic MS Office skills. Driving a manual transmission is preferred, with a focus on safety and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license required with 2+ years of driving experience.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Greet all customers by name and address their needs, building rapport at the stand.
• Provide each customer with a valet ticket and explain the retrieval process.
• Promote excellent customer relations and a positive LAZ Parking experience.
