Job summary

LAZ Parking is hiring Valet Attendants to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide professional, courteous service. You will manage traffic flow, welcome customers, and build rapport with guests at our locations.

No experience is required as paid training is provided; a valid driver's license and a clean driving history are preferred. We offer both full-time and part-time roles, free uniforms, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking and/or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to keep flow of cars organized with a smile.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name, assist with needs, and build rapport.
• Open and close doors for customers upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage from vehicle to vehicle as needed.
• Turn off vehicles and secure keys after service.
• Provide valet tickets and explain retrieval process.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and promptly.
• Demonstrate a self-reliant attitude and work with or without supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations and leave customers with a positive first impression.
