Job summary

LAZ Parking California, LLC seeks a Valet Attendant to deliver Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star level greetings, vehicle care, and seamless guest experiences at luxury properties in Glendale and surrounding areas.

You will welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles with precision, assist with luggage, log tickets, and communicate guest details to front desk teams, ensuring every arrival and departure reflects our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in valet, luxury hospitality, or premium customer-facing roles.
• Maintain immaculate grooming, posture, and uniform presentation at all times, per property appearance standards.
• Uphold flawless verbal and nonverbal communication aligned with the property's luxury brand voice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
• Ability to stand & walk for extended periods, indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with warm, personal welcome and assist with doors.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, logging tickets and vehicle conditions.
• Provide guests with claim tickets and clear retrieval instructions.
• Anticipate guest needs such as bags or mobility assistance.
• Communicate guest details to Bell Staff and Front Desk for seamless service.
• Inspect vehicles for condition and report any issues.
• Drive vehicles safely within property traffic patterns.
• Assist with loading luggage and provide a warm farewell.
• Attend daily pre-shift briefings and support guest services during peak periods.
