Qualifications

• Drive store profitability through strategic sales planning and KPI analysis.
• Oversee the end-to-step luxury service journey, specializing in VIC cultivation and retention.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse, high-performing team to achieve excellence in brand storytelling and diamond expertise.
• Manage high-value inventory, staff scheduling, and strict compliance with brand protocols and identity verification systems.
