Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Wellbeing (Spa) team members to ensure guest experience.
• Schedule spa appointments and manage front desk operations.
• Assist with retail sales and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of spa facilities.
• Use Spa software for bookings and billing.
• Support Wellbeing Director with administrative tasks.
