Job summary

The Hillsboro Club is seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist to support the Spa Department at our luxury oceanfront property in South Florida. This part-time role involves greeting members, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing friendly, professional service to members and guests.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting the Spa & Fitness Manager, and supporting overall facility operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality/club setting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests according to club standards.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries.
• Assist in a friendly, professional manner and support Spa operations.
• Ring up member services and process transactions.
• Provide administrative assistance to Spa & Fitness Manager.
• Enforce club rules tactfully and ensure smooth operations.
• Confirm appointments daily and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Stay informed of daily functions and assist other staff as needed.
