The Hillsboro Club in Florida is seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to supervise all front desk operations and guest services. You will develop and enforce policies, coordinate with departments, and ensure guest satisfaction at a luxury property.

The role requires several years in hospitality front office, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in hospitality or related field.
• Three or more years’ experience in front office positions in lodging or club.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all front office personnel and scheduling.
• Develop and implement front office SOPs.
• Maintain VIP pre-registration and guest relations.
• Communicate with Housekeeping and Engineering on issues.
• Prepare and analyze daily revenue and group information.
• Provide concierge-type services for members and guests.
