Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore Spa seeks a friendly, detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to manage appointments and guest flow. You will greet guests, check them in/out, assist with retail sales, and handle billing, while maintaining spa knowledge and safety standards.

Two years of upscale customer service is preferred, with SpaSoft/Book4Time experience ideal. Part-time weekends and weekdays availability required at this luxury hotel/resort property.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service in a guest-facing upscale environment.
• Prior spa or luxury hotel experience is preferred.
• Experience using spa reservation systems and selling services.
• Certification, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa appointments efficiently and greet guests warmly.
• Check guests in/out and assist with retail sales.
• Handle spa billing and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spa treatments and facilities.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and uphold safety standards.
