Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a Spa Receptionist to deliver warm, efficient service at our Tierra Luna Spa. You will manage bookings, greet guests, and support retail sales while upholding the resort's luxury standards.

This full-time role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a dynamic spa setting. Shifts run 8am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of customer service in guest-facing upscale environments.
• Experience with retail sales and upselling.
• Experience using reservation systems, e.g., Book4Time.
• Spa experience or luxury hotel/resort background preferred.
• CPR certification and Food Handler Card preferred.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa appointments efficiently.
• Check-in and check-out guests.
• Assist with retail sales.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spa treatments and facilities.
• Attend pre-shift and department meetings.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures.
