Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the spa daily per SOP; accurately book, change, and cancel appointments.
• Greet guests, describe treatments, promote spa services and discounts; manage phone conversations.
• Issue lockers, robes, and slippers; escort guests to lockers and provide orientation.
• Maintain a clean, safe spa environment and stock supplies; assist in inventory tasks.
